Your responsibility
You are responsible for determining whether you may access Polymarket and use a client like Pulse under the laws that apply to you—including where you live, where you are physically located, and any other rules that bind you. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access.
How Pulse approaches access
When the app ships, Pulse may limit features, downloads, or onboarding based on location, IP, account signals, or other compliance checks. Those controls can change as regulations and Polymarket’s own eligibility rules change.
Pulse does not override Polymarket restrictions. If Polymarket is unavailable to you, Pulse cannot make it available.
United States and other restricted regions
Persons in jurisdictions where prediction-market trading is prohibited or limited—including, where applicable, certain users in the United States and other restricted regions—must not use Pulse to place trades or circumvent controls. This list is not exhaustive and is not legal advice.
Sanctions
You may not use Pulse if you are subject to trade or economic sanctions, or if you are located in a comprehensively sanctioned territory.
No circumvention
Do not use VPNs, proxies, false residency claims, or other methods to bypass geographic or eligibility restrictions. Doing so may result in denial of service and may violate law or third-party terms.
Not legal advice
This page is a product notice, not a legal opinion. Rules vary by country and can change. If you are unsure, consult a qualified adviser before trading.
