Terms of use
Last updated: August 5, 2026. These terms govern your use of the Pulse website and related waitlist. The iOS app, when available, may present additional terms at install or first launch.
1. Who we are
Pulse is an independent, third-party client intended to access Polymarket prediction markets on iPhone. Pulse is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Polymarket. “Polymarket” is a trademark of its respective owner.
2. Acceptance
By using this site, joining the waitlist, or using Pulse when released, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the product.
3. Eligibility
You must be legally able to use prediction-market products where you live. Pulse will be offered only where permitted. See Jurisdictions for more detail. You are responsible for knowing the rules that apply to you.
4. The product
Pulse is software that helps you browse markets and place trades through supported interfaces. We do not custody your funds. Wallet keys and balances remain under your control (or that of your chosen wallet provider). Market availability, pricing, settlement, and liquidity are determined by Polymarket and on-chain conditions—not by Pulse.
5. No advice
Nothing on this site or in the app is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Prediction markets involve risk of loss. You trade at your own judgment.
6. Waitlist and communications
If you submit an email, we may contact you about launch, access, and product updates. You can stop those messages using the unsubscribe method we provide, or by contacting us.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site or app: no scraping that harms service, no attempts to bypass geographic or account restrictions, no unlawful activity, and no interference with other users or infrastructure.
8. Intellectual property
Pulse branding, UI, and site content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute them except as allowed by law or with written permission.
9. Disclaimers
The site and product are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that markets will remain available.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pulse and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or trading losses arising from your use of the site or product.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
