Privacy policy

Last updated: August 5, 2026. This policy explains what we collect on the Pulse website and waitlist, and how we use it. The iOS app may provide a more specific notice when it ships.

1. Scope

This policy covers pulseswipe.vercel.app and related Pulse marketing pages. It does not cover Polymarket, wallet providers, or other third-party services you use alongside Pulse.

2. What we collect

Waitlist email — if you submit the form, we store the address you provide and the time of signup.
Basic technical data — standard server or host logs (e.g. IP, user agent, pages requested) that our hosting provider may process to operate and secure the site.
Preferences — theme choice may be stored locally in your browser (localStorage); it is not sent to us as a profile.

We do not ask for government ID, wallet seed phrases, or private keys on this site. Never share seed phrases with anyone.

3. How we use data

To confirm waitlist signup and notify you at launch
To respond if you contact us
To keep the site reliable and secure
To understand aggregate traffic (if analytics are enabled later)

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Sharing

We may share data with vendors who help us run the site (for example hosting, email delivery, or form processing), under obligations to use it only for that service. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, or integrity of the service.

5. Retention

Waitlist emails are kept until launch outreach is complete, you ask us to delete them, or we no longer need them for the purpose collected. Host logs follow our provider’s retention defaults.

6. Your choices

You can request access or deletion of your waitlist email by contacting us via @swipepulse. You can clear local theme preferences in your browser. Device-level tracking controls remain yours to manage.

7. Children

Pulse is not directed at children under 16 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region). We do not knowingly collect their data.

8. International transfers

Our providers may process data in the United States or other countries. By using the site, you understand that your information may be handled in those locations subject to applicable law.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
